I'm a fifth year graduate student in the Center for Bits and Atoms.
My primary research focus surrounds Digital Materials and Assemblers.
My masters thesis was on Electronic Digital Materials, showing that functional electronic components can be assembled from simple single-material building blocks.
My current work looks to assemble robotic (rather than electronic) structures from two-dimensional parts where each part embodies a single functional behavior (e.g. actuation, flexure, logic).
I've deployed Fablabs in Saudi Arabia, Armenia, and Rwanda.
